Can't beat that! And nope, it's not really any different than a tutu, except for the fact that it's longer and is worn under the arms, instead of the waist. Good luck! As you are tying it, you can kind of pull the knot so it goes down, or up. And no, I used the same kind of tulle. It just looks fuller because it is shorter and poofs out more.
