Remember how a little while ago I posted about the awesome guys at Label Daddy that are giving away a full sponsorship to go to BlogHer ‘09? I finally finished my entry for it. So, without further ado, I present “The Story of a Princess and Her Doll: Label Daddy to the Rescue!”

I am pretty new to blogging, in fact, 7 months ago I didn’t know that there was more to blogs than showing off pictures of your kids to your family and friends. I have since learned a whole lot and connected with so many great bloggers. I would love to make it to a conference to learn about how I can grow my blog, and to connect personally with other bloggers and companies. I would love the chance to represent Label Daddy and help spread the word about this great company!

I would do pretty much anything you wanted me to. I’ve danced in a college football stadium during the homecoming halftime show, so I’m not afraid of being in front of crowds. I’ve worked college football and basketball games as a supervisor and had to deal with drunk fans, so I’m not afraid of doing what needs to be done to keep the peace. I rarely use patterns when I sew, so you know I have to be creative since my finished products usually turn out great. I even thought about majoring in art in college, but instead I chose recreational management. I had classes in college about how to throw a good party and games that you can play to help get people to know each other, and get them involved. I don’t have a chicken suit, but I’d be willing to put on one and wear it to the conference if that’s what it takes! I do have a blue wig I could wear though….I think I’d stand out in that! I’d even make myself a shirt like I made my daughter in the video that has the Label Daddy logo on it to wear at the conference. I’d plaster myself with Label Daddy logos if that’s what you want!
