Great Tip for Cutting Tulle

Posted on 17. Nov, 2009 by Trish in Trisha

I was recently browsing my statcounter to see where people have come from and I noticed a few hits from another blog Treasures for Tots.  She is interested in tutus and fun girly things as well and she had linked to my tulle puff wand tutorial.

Looking around her site I found a great tip for cutting tulle for tutus quickly and easily.  I of course had to bookmark this idea right away simply because this is the part I always hate.  It always takes forever and I wish it would already be done.  Her idea of wrapping it around a piece of cardboard and then cutting it is genius.  I haven’t tried it yet, but I plan to, and I’ll let you know how it goes!

Thanks for linking to my tutorial! I love your tulle wand – I made a bunch of them for Serenity’s Princess birthday party – they were a HUGE hit!!
