I have been having so much fun doing my daughter’s hair. She has started asking “Do hair?” in the mornings, and I am happy to oblige. If I don’t do her hair, this is what my daughter ends up looking like:

I have been a fan of my friend Kori’s blog Hair for My Princess for a long time, and have been waiting for the day when my daughter’s hair is as long and thick as her daughter’s. I finally decided to look around and get creative with my daughter’s hair and it’s been so fun. This was my first attempt at a cute hairstyle recently that wasn’t just a half ponytail on top of her head.

I don’t think I’ll go this intricate every day, but I’ve been making the effort of trying to do something with her hair everyday so it doesn’t stick up in every direction. Not to bad for my first real effort, huh?
