I’m Still Alive

I know I kind of up and disappeared for a while, but don’t worry, nothing serious has happened, I’m not going through hard times, things are all ok here.

Well, I guess something serious has happened, and I have been going through hard times, but nothing that won’t be solved by July 25th.   Let me show you what we gave my parents for Christmas:

Needless to say my parents are thrilled to be getting a second grandkid.  (My inlaws are excited too, but this will be grandkid number 27 or 28, I believe)

Because I am pregnant I have been tired, dealing with migraines, and just plain unmotivated to do anything.  That is why I disappeared.  I was busy with family during the holidays and took time off, and just never got back into the swing of things.  I haven’t checked my email for over a week, and haven’t even turned on the computer very often.

I’m not entirely sure what is going to happen with my blog right now.  I don’t want to give it up, but I’m not sure how often I’ll be posting new stuff.  I have some reviews that have been sitting around here forever that I need to get up, but right now I’m not really accepting anything new.  With how scatterbrained I am at the moment I tend to forget things really easily, and I don’t want to forget any obligations I have for companies.  It’s not fair to anyone.

I have lots of good ideas of things I wanted to do with the blog, I just don’t have the motivation to do it right now.  We’ll see if that inspiration comes back, or if I decide down the road to move on to something else.

I’ve cut back on tons of social media and have been spending more time with my family and other IRL relationships I have.  I think it’s a good thing.  I don’t care about blog trips, I don’t care about if I get a review for a certain product, I don’t care about my stats, and it has been very freeing.  I feel like I can blog when I want, if I want and who cares.

So I might be around, and I might try to post here and there, but I doubt it will be daily, and you probably won’t see me on twitter or other online places.
