Yes, it’s officially a boy. Which is what we were told before, but there was still the possibility that things might change. Basically boys and girls all stick out at first, so it could have been a girl that just hadn’t developed yet.
Everything is good. Baby is developing well. I’m starting to feel him kick and move around, so that’s good. Now we have to come up with names. My husband really wants Peter, but I told him there is no way I am naming our kid Peter Parker after Spiderman. Plus, as my sister pointed out yesterday, his initials would be PP. Kids can be cruel, and I don’t want to give them any extra fuel.
So yes, even though the majority of those old wives tales said girl, it is a boy.
