Welcome Bryson

Well, after being almost a week overdue, our baby boy decided to join our family. Bryson was born July 31st and was 9 lbs 7 oz (Wowzers! We weren’t expecting that!) and was 21 inches long.
We’re both doing fine, although it’s taking me a little longer to recover. I ended up having a 4th degree episiotomy tear so lots of stitches there. Then my iron level is really low so I feel like I’m going to pass out every time I stand up, and I can’t even walk from one room to the next without feeling winded. The iron pills are slowly working though as I feel my energy returning more and more everyday. I’ll get back to normal soon, it’s just taking a little longer.

I went to the doc today and I’m at 3 cm , so hopefully we’ll have a baby in the next couple of days
